We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Rowdy Colonials.
Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or received a defective item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct size or a replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn or washed apparel
- Items returned after 30 days
- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
How to Start a Return
Email: support@rowdycolonials.com with your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for return postage unless product was damaged or incorrect
